WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER? Any natural or legal entity dealing with commercial real estate properties/shopping centres can become a regular association member. There are different types of membership. There is the membership which is staggered depending on the number of members included, the membership for associations and colleges/universities as well as a passive membership for students.
